Roast Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. venison roast
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    water
Preparation
    Sprinkle 2 teaspoons salt with a dash of pepper.
    Dredge with flour.
    Place in an iron pan with 2 tablespoons oil.
    Sear on all sides until brown.
    Add a small amount of water.
    Cover pan and turn heat to low.
    Add a little water when it seems dry.
    Cook until tender, very slowly.
    Remove from pan and use the drippings for gravy.
