Impossible Zucchini Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0; grease 10-inch deep dish pie pan.
Sprinkle zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in pan.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour in pan over other ingredients. Bake until knife comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
