Country Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    5 medium size potatoes
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; quarter lengthwise.
    Cut each quarter in half. Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Wet potatoes and coat in flour mixture.
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place potatoes in butter and bake for 1 hour.
