Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 yellow squash (sliced)
    1 onion (diced)
    8 oz. cheddar cheese (shredded)
Preparation
    Saute squash and onion in skillet on stove in olive oil on medium heat.
    When tender (as desired) salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
    Cover and turn eye off and let cheese melt.
    Delicious!!
