Countryside Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. diced onion
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1 1/4 c. water
    3 split chicken breasts
Preparation
    Line casserole with smoked beef or ham (thin sliced).
    Put in breasts of chicken wrapped in bacon and cover with 1/2 pint sour cream and a can of mushroom soup (undiluted).
    Bake, covered, for 3 hours at 300\u00b0.
    (Have chicken breasts deboned and remove skin.) Simply delicious!
