Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    4 eggs
    orange rind
    pinch of nutmeg
    pinch of salt
    6 sweet potatoes
    5 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook and peel sweet potatoes.
    Mash and add other ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Put marshmallows on top the last 5 minutes.
    Bake in casserole or souffle dish.
