Chicken Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 small chopped green pepper
    1 small jar pimento
    4 c. chicken, cooked and cut up
    3 to 4 c. broth (from cooked chicken)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Melt butter and add onions and green peppers; saute.
    Add soup and stir until smooth; add cheese, a little at a time and let melt.
    Add broth, pimento and chicken.
    Simmer on low while cooking 3/4 pound fettucini.
    Pour fettucini into 9 x 13-inch oblong pan; pour chicken sauce over it.
    (Save some extra sauce to be served over baked fettucini.)
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Extra can be frozen.
