Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 bag caramels
    1 stick butter
    lite chocolate cake mix
    1 small bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in saucepan.
    Mix 1/3 cup evaporated milk, 1 stick melted butter and cake mix.
    Put 1/2 of the batter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread a layer of chocolate chips, then pour the caramels over the top and spread it out. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Put the rest of the batter in and spread around.
    Continue to bake for another 15 minutes.
