Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. diced chuck steak
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    1 pkg. frozen McKenzies gumbo vegetables
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Saute diced chuck steak and garlic (dredged in flour) in oil. Drain and cook in a crock-pot or slow cooker along with V-8 juice for 3 to 4 hours.
    Add vegetables and cook until done.
    Add last 4 or 5 cups of water.
    Serves 7.
