Italiano Marinara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, undrained
    4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or substitute dried
    4 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    12 pkg. Trio Italiano by American Beauty
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a 4-quart saucepan, heat oil and cook onion and garlic until tender, but not brown.
    Stir in tomatoes with liquid, parsley, sugar, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally to break up tomatoes, 15 to 20 minutes.
