Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. dark or light raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. water
2 eggs or 4 egg whites, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake 70 to 75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes.
Allow to cool out of pan before slicing.
