Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag Fritos, crushed
    1 lb. hamburger meat, browned
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 garlic buds or 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 large head shredded lettuce
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 Tbsp. cumin
Preparation
    Combine diced cheese, Ro-Tel, garlic, chili powder and cumin. Heat until melted.\tSet aside.
    In a large bowl, combine lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
    Brown hamburger, onions and green peppers together and cool.\t Once cool, add Fritos to meat.
    Toss together with lettuce and tomatoes.\tPour cheese sauce over mixture and toss just before serving.
