Linguini With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. linguini noodle
2 cans minced clams
1 bunch scallions, minced
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 handful parsley, chopped
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Drain the clams.
Save the juice.
In a heavy skillet, saute garlic and scallions in olive oil until soft.
Add clam juice and simmer, covered, until juice is reduced to half (10 minutes).
Add clams, parsley, salt and pepper.
Serve within 5 minutes.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Makes 2 servings.
