Meat Loaf * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. catsup
    1 1/2 level tsp. salt
    sprinkle of black pepper
Preparation
    Have beef at room temperature, then mix all ingredients together in bowl.
    Grease loaf pan or Pyrex dish well and pour mixture in.
    Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, or until done.
    Don't overcook as it will be stiff and dry.
    Serves 6 to 8.
