Aunt Lucille'S Sweet Potato Souffle Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Pour into well-greased baking dish.
    Pour Topping over sweet potato mixture.
    Spread evenly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
