Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. chopped pimento
    1 tsp. mustard (Dijon or other)
    dash of salt
    dash of cayenne
    1 Tbsp. chopped dill pickles or dill relish or chopped green onions
    mayonnaise to hold together but not so much it becomes gooey
Preparation
    Use on party bread - open face or as a sandwich.
