Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. finely chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
Preparation
    Mix beef, bread, onion, milk, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Shape mixture in one-inch balls.
    Melt shortening in a skillet and brown the meatballs.
    Pour off the fat.
    Heat chili sauce and grape jelly until melted.
    Add meatballs, stir gently but thoroughly.
    Simmer for 30 minutes in an open cooker.
