Anti-Cellulite Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oats (dry)
    1 c. puffed wheat cereal
    3 c. puffed rice cereal
    1/2 c. raw wheat bran
    1/2 c. frozen apple juice
    1/3 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. light syrup
    2 Tbsp. Steen's syrup
    1/2 c. raisins
    4 oz. dried apricots
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. dried sesame seed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients, except seed. Mix for 5 minutes.
    Put into 10 x 10-inch pan and press top with seed.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes; let cool.
    Cut into bars.
    Makes 15 bars.
