Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 to 3 c. cooking oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika to taste
    1 c. milk or buttermilk
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 lb. margarine
Preparation
    Quarter chicken.
    Combine beaten eggs with milk or with buttermilk.
    Dip chicken into milk mixture; flour thoroughly and season.
    Cook chicken until golden brown.
    Do not overcrowd; better to use 2 frying pans or a deep fryer set at 365\u00b0.
    Cook 13 to 15 minutes in a deep fryer.
