Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. onion
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 large can tomato sauce
1 c. water
Preparation
-
Brown meat, onion and garlic.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
Beans may be added if desired.
