Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Run hot water over broccoli until thawed. Drain broccoli. Saute onion until transparent. Combine broccoli, onion, beaten eggs, cottage cheese, corn bread mix and Cheddar cheese. Pour into a lightly greased 8 x 10-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares when cooled and serve.
