Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boiled shrimp, coarsely ground
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    juice of 1 lemon
    7 green onions, chopped
    Tabasco to taste
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese with lemon juice.
    Add shrimp and green onions to cream cheese mixture.
    Add enough mayonnaise to give a consistency for dipping. Season with Tabasco, salt and pepper. This is much better if made 8 hours ahead.
    Add more seasoning if necessary.
    Serve with Chicken in a Biscuit crackers.
    This will serve 15 people generously.
