Mrs. Hoover'S Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. currants or raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    butter or margarine (size of an egg)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix sugar and shortening well, then add other ingredients. Fill unbaked tart shells.
    Bake in medium oven for 20 minutes. Yields one dozen.
