Asparagus And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 c. hot milk
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
2 (16 oz.) cans asparagus
Preparation

In saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add flour, salt and pepper to gradually make a paste. Add the hot milk slowly, stirring constantly and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and fold in cheese. Place alternate layers of asparagus, sauce and sliced eggs in casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6.
