Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can peas, drained
1 c. chopped lettuce
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
chopped boiled eggs (optional)
chopped chicken or turkey
cubed Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients gently and refrigerate several hours before serving.
Serve on chilled, lettuce-lined plates or bowl.
