Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. wild rice
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 (3 oz.) can undrained mushrooms
Preparation

Add rice and salt to boiling water.
Reduce heat to simmer and cook 40 minutes. Cook sausage until done and drain off fat.
Add mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce to rice, sausage, chicken and mushrooms in casserole.
Top with bread crumbs that have been browned in butter.
Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
