Linebacker Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
    8 green onions, sliced (including tops)
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 1/2 qt. chicken broth
    6 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
    salt to taste
    1 1/2 lb. Polish or smoked sausage, cooked and sliced
Preparation
    In large pot, combine potatoes, green onions, chopped onions and chicken broth.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
    Place potato mixture into a blender and add cream cheese; puree until smooth.
    Add Tabasco and salt.
    Return soup to the pot to reheat.
    Add the cooked, sliced sausage and stir until the soup is hot.
    Serve hot with paprika sprinkled on top.
    Serves 8.
