Chocolate Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add melted chocolate and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream to the chocolate mixture.
    Mix well.
    Then add 1 cup boiling water and again mix well.
    Pour into a well-greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then remove and cool.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
    This cake is very moist and keeps well.
