Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans French Style green beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    4 tsp. grated onion
    8 oz. pkg. swiss cheese, grated
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, combine butter, flour, salt, sugar and grated onion. Make a paste of this mixture and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add swiss cheese and sour cream. Mix with beans and put in casserole dish. Top with corn flakes that have been crumbled, dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 - 25 minutes.
