Ebbie'S Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups raw peanuts, shelled
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup white Karo syrup
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine margarine and peanuts in 10 inch iron frying pan.
Cook until peanuts start popping.
Add sugar and syrup.
Cook until they pop again.
Stir constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add soda.
Stir until it foams.
Pour on greased cookie sheet.
Cool.
Break into pieces.
(Cook on medium high heat.)
