Cheesy Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
8 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Peel and cook potatoes; drain. Add sour cream, margarine, garlic and milk. Blend all with mixer until lumps are gone. Pour into large baking dish and put Cheddar cheese on top. Place in warm oven until cheese is melted. Serves about 15 people.
