Pineapple Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
-
Cream butter well.
Add sugar and cream it.
Add beaten eggs and add sifted dry ingredients with milk.
Add bananas, pineapple and chopped nuts.
Bake in loaf pan lined with wax paper.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
