Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed cooked or canned drained sweet potatoes
2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 c. half and half
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
pastry for 1-crust 9-inch pie
Preparation

In mixer, combine sweet potatoes, brown sugar, seasonings and eggs, mixing thoroughly.
Slowly mix in milk, half and half and butter. Pour into pastry-lined 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool. Makes 8 servings.
