Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda and cinnamon and set aside.
    Beat eggs; add sugar and oil.
    Beat for 3 minutes.
    Slowly stir in dry ingredients.
    Fold in apples, nuts and vanilla.
    Pour batter into a 10-inch greased and floured pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
