Cranberry Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/3 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lbs. ground pork
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
    Add pork and mix well.
    Shape into 1 inch balls.
    Place in a 15 in. x 10 in. x 1 in. baking pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
    Remove from the oven; drain on paper towels.
