Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. hush puppies mix
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. corn

Preparation

Combine hush puppies mix, milk and eggs, mixing well.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in corn.
Drop level tablespoonfuls into 375\u00b0 oil.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Makes 24.
