Pear Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sugar
3 mashed pears
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix all together very well, except the pears.
Then stir in the mashed pears.
Pour into a buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes and remove. Makes 1 loaf of bread.
