Dutch Oven Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1/4 lb. thin sliced deli ham
    1/2 lb. thin sliced deli Swiss cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    lemon juice to taste
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts as thin as possible; season with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
    Place ham and cheese in breast and roll up, securing with toothpicks if needed.
    Dip each piece in butter and roll in cornflake crumbs.
