Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    sausage
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Clean and de-stem mushrooms.
    Fill mushrooms with sausage. Place mushrooms on cookie sheet, caps down.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Mix tomato sauce, white wine and oregano together in slow cooker.
    Simmer while mushrooms are baking.
    Add mushrooms to sauce and serve.
