Teriyaki-Style Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. minced, peeled ginger root
    5 tsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. medium dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 garlic clove, mashed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 boneless chicken breast (approximately 1 lb.)
Preparation
    Mix and whip the ingredients except chicken.
    Flatten chicken breast; marinate in sauce several hours or overnight.
    Broil, adding some marinade.
