Brunch Egg Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained (set aside)
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 slices day old bread, torn into pieces
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet.
    Drain.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Refrigerate overnight or several hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
