Tuna Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley or 3 Tbsp. dried
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. bottled hot sauce
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese, chili sauce, parsley, onion and pepper sauce until smooth.
    Add tuna gradually until all is thoroughly blended.
    Pack in a 4-cup bowl as a mold.
    Chill at least 3 hours. Unmold on lettuce and serve with crisp sesame crackers.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
