Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. pimento, minced
    1 Tbsp. green bell pepper, minced
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Make sure cheese is room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate so you can shape into balls.
    Use margarine or cooking oil on hands to prevent the mixture from sticking to hands.
    Form into 2 balls.
    Roll in chopped nuts.
    Wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
