Peach Delight(And It Is Delightful) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can (13 oz.) sliced peaches with syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1 small (3 oz.) peach jello
Preparation
    Drain peaches and mash with a potato masher.
    Add 1 cup of sugar and all the remaining syrup drained from the peaches. Bring sugar-syrup to a
    boil, then cook gently, stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from
    stove.
    Add
    jello;
    stir
    until
    jello dissolves. Fill 2 pint
    jars.
    Let cool, then keep in refrigerator.
    (Really good on toast for breakfast.)
