Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak (1/2 inch thick)
1 can cream of tomato soup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. vinegar
salt and pepper
1 onion, sliced
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
-
Brown steak in oil.
Add 1/4 cup water and simmer 15 minutes. Add tomato soup, Worcestershire, onion, brown sugar, chili powder, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Cook 1 hour on low.
