French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vinegar (apple cider)
    1 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix together the margarine and white sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients, mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
