Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed graham crackers
2 sticks butter
2 c. powdered sugar
4 bananas
2 eggs
16 oz. can crushed pineapple
12 oz. carton Cool Whip
cherries and chopped nuts
Preparation

Make crust of graham crumbs and 1 stick butter.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix powdered sugar and eggs.
Beat with 1 stick butter.
Pour over crust for first layer.
Drain pineapple. Reserve the juice. Slice the bananas and dip in pineapple juice. Layer the bananas and pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over the top. Top with cherries and nuts. Chill at least 8 hours.
