Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. white flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
2 lb. round steak
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced green pepper
Preparation
-
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle half the mixture on one side of the round steak and pound on.
Repeat for other side. Cut meat into pieces.
