Shake And Bake Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. dry milk
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent (optional)

Preparation

Mix all together.
Shake fish or chicken with this.
