Lemon Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick melted butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. milk
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
Preparation

Mix butter, flour and pecans together and press in square cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip and spread on crust.
Mix lemon pudding and milk together.
Spread on top of cheese mixture; top with additional Cool Whip.
This dessert is pretty with nuts and slices of lemon on top.
